Meet the Founder
Founder & Employment Attorney
Nathan Anavim, Esq., is a dedicated advocate for employees' rights, driven by a belief that the workplace should be governed by fairness, accountability, and respect. His commitment to employment law began early. At just 17 years old, he interned at a prominent defense firm, where he gained firsthand exposure to high-stakes employment litigation. That experience revealed a clear imbalance of power in the workplace and solidified his decision to dedicate his career to representing employees, not corporations.
Mr. Anavim earned his bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he developed the analytical foundation and narrative discipline that now define his legal practice. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, refining his skills in advocacy, strategy, and litigation.
Before founding his firm, Mr. Anavim trained at one of the most prestigious trial firms in the world, where he worked on complex, high-value employment cases and learned what it takes to litigate against well-funded and aggressive defense teams. That experience shaped his approach to the practice of law: strategic, meticulous, and relentlessly client-focused.
Today, Mr. Anavim brings a sharp, trial-oriented mindset to every case he handles. He is known for his hands-on approach, direct communication, and unwavering commitment to his clients. He believes that employees deserve not just representation, but a lawyer who listens, prepares, and fights with intention.
